10. Anine Stag - Trying You On

Well, today's track list was primarily the same as this past Thursday's Sexy Spin track list that was interrupted and switched all around because of the fire alarm that went off that morning. However, because it was Maria's birthday spin and she requested such great songs, I wanted to play it again today in its original order as it was intended to be played.

And, I added Crunch member and Ride with Tommy frequent rider, Anine Stag's song, "Trying You On." Anine is leaving for Norway tomorrow to launch her singing career there. She gave me an advance copy of her single to play in class. I promised her I would play it in class yesterday, and I didn't. After apologizing profusely, I promised to play it today and I'm so glad I did! It is such a fun song. I wish her all the best in making it big time back in Norway, and I hope she comes back stateside as soon as possible so she can tackle the music industry here! Good luck, Anine! Sending you all the best wishes for much success!

Well, this morning was a bit unusual with the fire alarm going off at about 6:55am and power not returning to the stereo until about 7:25! Thanks so much to all of you who stayed! You guys are amazing! We warmed up "acapella" for about 15 minutes and then worked very hard for about 20 minutes for those that had to leave by 7:45 to get to work. Then we continued for those that could stay until about 8:00 to get a full (and then some) class completed! Again, thanks so much for putting up with everything!

And I want to give the happiest of birthday shoutouts to Maria whose birthday was this past Sunday! Maria provided me with her favorite spin songs, so this mornings class set to her favorites and some of the most fun music to spin to (even though I had to mix the order all up due to the fire alarm).

Birthday shoutouts also go to Mary and Alyssa!

And a great big THANKS! to Gregory for being such a great sport in class this morning! You rock!

I'll be posting my sub schedule later today, but I hope to see you tomorrow (Friday) and/or Saturday morning!

In good health,

tommy

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! There will be no SEXY SPIN on Thanksgiving morning, November 26th at 7:00am. Crunch on Sunset doesn't open until 8:00am and closes at 4:00pm. There will be 2 indoor cycling classes: John Terlingo's at 9:30am and Colin Kim's at 12:00noon.

I just want to give a great big "THANK YOU!" to everyone who attended this morning's class. I am so very sorry that class was full and we had to turn some of you away, but know that I am so very grateful for every one of you that woke up early and made it to the gym at such an early hour to help celebrate my birthday and the anniversaries of my teaching, my blog, and Sexy Spin!

Special thanks goes out to our special guests this morning:

*Glenn Gaylord, Director of Eating Out 3: All You Can Eat and Co-writer of "It's You", the theme from the movie that we played in class as well! Thanks, Glenn, for bringing a copy of the Eating Out 3: All You Can Eat dvd which was released this past Tuesday, November 10, 2009 and was included in part of a prize package given away at the end of class!

*Robert Rave, Author of "Spin" which I keep telling Robert is a book about indoor cycling, but he insists is about the world of publicists, which is sure to be made into a movie very soon and 3 copies of which Robert brought to be part of a prize package given away at the end of class!

And special thanks also to all the sponsors that donated items for the prizes and gift bags:

*Yogurt Stop donated a FREE YOGURT coupon in each gift bag and prize package which included a Yogurt Stop hat and t-shirt! And Maggie, Crunch member and a part of the Yogurt Stop team, was in class representin'!

*Starbucks provided the bags for the gift bags as well as FREE VIA INSTANT COFFEE and coupons in each bag. Laura, Manager of the Starbucks just outside of Crunch, was also there riding for the first time!

*Macy's provided Family & Friends Discount coupons for each gift bag. Thanks to Crunch member and Macy's star employee, Rafael, who brought the coupons and was also there to ride the ride in person!

*Rockstar provided an energy drink for each gift bag as they have done so often in the past!

*Sunstyle Tanning, Official Sponsor of Sexy Spin provided $100 coupons and 2 FREE TAN gift certificates which were given away as part of each prize package given away at the end of class!

*Crunch provided Havaianas sandals, key chains and lip balm for every gift bag!

Thanks to everyone who helped make this morning's class such an amazing event and so much fun and so sexy and so helpful in raising awareness for such a great cause, the Baby Dragon 180 Ride benefitting the LA Gay & Lesbian Center's youth, mental health and crystal meth recovery services. You can donate by clicking HERE or visiting their website at www.babydragon180ride.org!

Hey everybody!

I just wanted to thank Guy B for subbing the 9:30am Red Line Ride class at Crunch tomorrow morning, Friday, October 30, 2009. He is trained to teach the Red Line Ride and is a great instructor!

I, unfortunately, will be attending the memorial service for Crunch member and a regular attendee of the Ride with Tommy, Spencer Yu. I am filled with sadness at his unfortunate passing, but remembering what an amazing, happy, charitable person he was. He will definitely be missed!

DIRTY DOUBLE BACK-TO-BACK RED LINE RIDE TOMORROW, SATURDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2009

John Terlingo and I will once again be conducting a Dirty Double Back-to-Back Red Line Ride tomorrow morning. It will begin with his regularly scheduled class at 8:30am and continue through my regularly scheduled class at 9:30am until it's completion at about 10:15am. We will slow down during the transition from the 8:30 class to my 9:30 class, but we won't stop! So you can get about a 100-minute ride!

If you are taking both classes, be sure to sign up for the same bike for both classes. Both sign up sheets will be at the sign-up desk before the 8:30 class begins. If you are only taking the first class, be sure to exit as smoothly and quickly as possible so as to distract the others doing a double as little as possible and to provide someone who may only be taking the second class their bike as soon as possible!

We only do this a few times a year, so take advantage of this fun, different and challenging class tomorrow! This is going to be fun!

This is the track list for the second half of this morning's DIRTY DOUBLE BACK-TO-BACK RED LINE RIDE. John Terlingo and I joined forces this morning to teach both of our classes as one long one, yet we kept it accessible to those that just wanted to take one class or the other. In other words, we slowed down the intensity of the Ride for a few minutes while anyone who needed to leave at the end of the first or John's 8:30am class or for anyone who wanted to join for the second or my 9:30am class. However, we didn't come to a complete stop so that those that were actually doing a double could ride right through, watch what their heart rate would do during a 90+minute ride, and to really push themselves for an intense holiday weekend Ride!

Thanks to John for working with me to put this class on, and thanks to everyone who attended and worked so hard and had so much fun doing something different!

We will be having another, regularly scheduled RED LINE RIDE(45 minutes) on Labor Day, Monday, September 7, 2009 at 9:30am. I hope to see you there!

Be sure to sign up for the CAMP CRUNCH: RED LINE RIDE 6-WEEK INTENSIVEwhich begins on Tuesday, September 8. This is an educational program focusing on heart rate based training which includes 2 semi-private RED LINE RIDES of various formats for the duration of the 6-week program. The semi-private Rides will be offered at 8:15-9:00am on Tuesday and Thursday mornings and again on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons at 5:00-5:45pm. I will be teaching the morning sessions, and the afternoon classes will be taught by Beth on Tuesdays and Andrew on Thursdays. Participants will be given a schedule of the semi-private Rides as well as additional suggested RED LINE RIDES to take during the rest of the week. Participants will also receive a SUUNTO COMFORT BELT HEART RATE MONITOR which will be programmed with each individual's personal information for more accurate results which can be emailed at the end of each RED LINE RIDE. Access to Crunch's dotFIT online fitness program will also be included. Be sure to ask me any questions you may have, and I'd love to see you take part in this truly first-of-its-kind-in-the-world program!

Have a safe and fun Labor Day weekend, everybody!

In good health!

Special Sexy Spin. Thursday. August 27, 2009. 7am. Crunch. Baby Dragon 180 Ride. Camp Crunch!

A couple of times a year, I put together a special class that creates a lot of fun and excitement while promoting friends, their projects, and a very worthwhile charity. This time, I am working with Chad Allen to promote his fundraising bike ride, the Baby Dragon 180 Ride from LA to Santa Barbara, October 17-18, 2009 which benefits the LA Gay & Lesbian Center's Mental Health Services, Crystal Meth Recovery Services, and programs for GLBT youth. For more information and complete details, check out the website at

BABY DRAGON 180 RIDE

I also want to bring attention to the Camp Crunch – Red Line Ride 6-Week Intensive. This will be the second time that Crunch will offer this first-of-its-kind program here at Crunch on Sunset! This educational 6-week program will begin Tuesday, September 8 and end Saturday, October 17th. It is made up of a series of 12 semi-private classes (two per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:15-9am or 5-5:45pm), and enrollment is limited to 10-12 people. There is an additional cost for the program above your membership of $299 which includes a Suunto heart rate monitor for you to input and record you own personal information. Also included will be access to Crunch's brand new online fitness software, dotFIT. A series of challenging rides and a true maximum heart rate test are just a part of the program which is open to Crunch members and non-members alike. If interested, please see me after class!

Back to tomorrow morning's Special Sexy Spin, I'll be featuring new music from Jason Dottley, star of Sordid Lives: The Series. The creator, writer and director of Sordid Lives: The Series, Del Shores, will also be in attendance. I'll also be featuring new music by Capitol Records recording artist, Lolene.

I will also be featuring the creator/writer/producer of the animated series “Rick & Steve the Happiest Gay Couple in All the World” and the “Eating Out” movies, Allan Brocka. And the director and cast of the latest film, “Eating Out: All You Can Eat,” Glenn Gaylord, Michael Walker and Chris Salvatore.

Just as I have done in the past, I will be giving out prizes at the end of class by drawing bike numbers. I will also be putting together gift bags for every rider in class. Prizes and gift bags will be made possible by:

1. Sunstyle Tanning
2. American Apparel
3. Rockstar Energy Drinks
4. Eating Out Movies (DVDs of 1 & 2)
5. Sordid Lives: The Series (DVD of Season 1)
6. Suunto Sports Instruments (heart rate monitor)
7. Lululemon Athletica

All in all, this is just a way to build excitement, fun, awareness and buzz for the Sexy Spin class, Crunch's new Camp Crunch: Red Line Ride 6-week Intensive (a heart rate monitor based training program) and the Baby Dragon 180 Ride! I look forward to seeing you at Sexy Spin tomorrow morning at 7:00am at Crunch on Sunset!

I came across this video of a piano and cello duet/mashup of the songs "Halo" by Beyonce' and "Love Story" by Taylor Swift (both songs which I love!) I thought it was so creative and such a different take on the two songs, that I just had to share it with you both as a cool down in class and again here on my blog. Enjoy!

I just wanted to send a heads up that the Associated Press will be doing an article on the Red Line Ride tomorrow morning at Crunch at 9:30am. I'd love for as many of you to be there as possible that don't mind taking part. They would like to talk to a few people afterwards as well.

If you do not want to take part in this type of thing, then I apologize in advance for the inconvenience and look forward to seeing you on Tuesday morning at 7am!

I hope everyone is having a great Pride weekend!

Thanks!

In good health,

tommy

Thanks to everyone who came out again this week for the Dirty Double back-to-back Red Line Ride! The energy level was off the hook! This is my track list which was the second half of the double Ride.

A big thanks to John Terlingo for the amazing and inspiring job he did leading the first half of the Ride!

I hope everyone learned at least a little bit about heart rate based training and what to expect from their bodies (specifically their heart rates) when they challenge themselves using different factors such as pace and resistance.

And special thanks to the participants of the first ever Camp Crunch: Red Line Ride 6-Week Intensive! This was our final Ride of the program, and I have to say it has been a complete honor and pleasure to work with this ground-breaking group of determined, focused, committed, amazing group of individuals! Thanks for taking part in the Camp, and thanks for making it all so wonderful and worthwhile!

In good health,

Dirty Double Red Line Ride 2 - Saturday, May 30, 2009

Yup, we will be doing another Dirty Double, back-to-back Ride tomorrow morning, Saturday, May 30th starting at 8:30am.

John will teach the first class, and I will teach the second. We will slow the transition down between classes to allow for those that can only take one class, but we will keep it going without stopping for an hour and 45 minutes!

Be sure to sign up for the same bike for both classes if you are doing the double!

And I was blown away by the attendance last week! It didn't sell out, but there were a lot of riders there at 8:30am. So be sure to get there a little early and get a bike!

And don't forget, this is a Dirty Double Red Line Ride, so you can borrow a heart rate monitor at the front desk and see your heart rate projected on the big screen at the front of class (under a nickname so don't worry that everyone in class will know your business!)

Take advantage of this fun, exciting and educational experience that only comes along on a rare occasion. I hope to see you there!

In good health,

tommy

This is the track list for the second half of this morning's back-to-back "Dirty Double" ride. Thanks so much to all of you who came out for an intense, different, high-energy, fun, educational ride. And I just chose all those adjectives carefully. I think that for many of you, this was the first time to take two classes back-to-back. I think everyone there this morning benefitted from a very intense double class. I also want to thank John Terlingo for providing such an amazing first half with his class! I also think this morning's class was different for many of you. Many of you haven't been able to take a Red Line Ride yet. Well, hopefully, this morning's introduction was enough to get you hooked and was educational enough so that you actually learned a little bit about how you train your body and how your body reacts to the type of training you do. And I couldn't help but realize how much fun and how "high" the energy was in class this morning. Everyone was so excited and committed to having this opportunity to work out this way. Well, I think it is safe to say that we will be doing it again next week! I hope to see you there!

And a special "shout out" goes those in the front row this morning. They are the elite group who have enrolled in the first-ever Camp Crunch: Red Line Ride 6-Week Intensive. We only have 1 week left in this program, and they are the reason we were doing a 90-minute Ride in the first place. I'm so glad they committed to this program. I'm so glad they were all there in the front row this morning working so hard. And I'm so glad that everyone else was there to take advantage of this amazing experience this morning.

Thanks to all of you!

In good health,

tommy

Dirty Double Red Line Ride - Saturday, May 23, 2009

Tomorrow morning, Saturday, May 23rd, John Terlingo and I will be joining forces to create a back-to-back double ride! The double class will start at 8:30am. John will teach the first hour, and I will teach the second hour. We will slow class down somewhat to transition from the first class to the second to allow those that can only take one class - either the 8:30 or the 9:30 - to enter and leave, but the ride will continue on. And it will be a Red Line Ride! This means that you can wear a heart rate monitor and actually see your heart rate projected on the screen at the front of class! How great is that?!?!

So, I hope to see you all there tomorrow morning for the first ever Dirty Double Red Line Ride class beginning at 8:30am!

In good health,

tommy

Wow! For about the first time since I've been posting this blog, I took a week off of making any new posts at all...I mean, when I haven't been on official vacation. And I think I'm a little worried. No one said anything at all. Not one word. I haven't posted track lists for the last 2 Saturdays and last Thursday (remember, I usually only post new track lists on Thursdays and Saturdays). Does this mean that I'm doing this for no one other than myself? Hmmm...

Well, part of the reason I took a few days off is that the days leading up to the special Sexy Spin on Thursday, April 9th (which promoted the California AIDS LifeCycle and its riders that spin with me) completely wore me out! I busted my butt putting that class together! For the 3 nights prior to that class, I got 2 hours of sleep each night! I'm not complaining, don't get me wrong! I had a blast getting the gift bags, special prizes, music and guest list together for what I thought was a super fun class! And I hope that it made even just a little bit of difference in supporting a great cause. In addition, I was also working on the preparations for the Camp Crunch: Red Line Ride 6-Week Intensive that was supposed to start the next week! But let's just say that needless to say (is that using that right?), I had to take a nap on Thursday afternoon. And I went to bed early that night! And all of this was on top of my responsibilities as a new dad to twins Austin & Aiden which I can't "shirk" away from...I don't want to! I love being their dad and spending time with them. I just want to be one of those "new age" parents that does it all I guess...or at least attempts to.

Well, I did have a great time with the LifeCycle Sexy Spin. So much so that I thought I would replay the same cd the following Saturday. So I have it listed here. Finally. I hope everyone enjoyed it as much (or even half as much) as I did. You can still support the riders! Just scroll down to the post with the links to their fundraising pages. Even the smallest bit helps!

And don't forget to support the businesses that donated such amazing products to the gift bags and prizes. I was blown away by everyone's willingness to help out. I included logos of everyone's businesses in my previous post describing the LifeCycle Sexy Spin. So scroll down, check them out, and then go visit them!

And as always, thanks to everyone that came to that special class, worked so hard and had so much fun! Much like this blog, without all of you, I'd basically be doing this for myself...which would be very boring!

In good health,

tommy

Thanks to Dollar Tan for subbing for me at the last minute. I was called with an audition for a pilot at the exact time of class, so I had to get a sub. Thanks Dollar! I'll see everybody on Saturday morning!

In good health,

tommy

I didn't forget, but was a little distracted/overwhelmed by everything leading up to the special class this morning. Thanks so much for being there! Let me know if you want me to play some of your favorites songs in a class coming up soon!

Happy birthday, Steve!

Sexy Spin to promote California AIDS LifeCycle riders tomorrow, Thursday, April 9th!

Tomorrow's Sexy Spin will be a special Ride. We will be honoring and promoting those that are taking part in this year's California AIDS LifeCycle. The economy is tough, but this organization and these amazing individuals still need our help to raise funds for such a worthy cause. In addition to the usual intense class focused on form and set to a variety of fun music, we will have special guests and prizes. Del Shores (writer/director/producer, Sordid Lives: The Series) and Jason Dottley (plays the lead, Ty, in Sordid Lives: The Series) will be in attendance. Jason just completed his first single and we will be debuting it here in Sexy Spin! David Moretti (Here! TV's The Lair) will also be there as will Toni Trucks (Showtime's Barbershop, The CW's All of Us, and the recently completed pilot for FOX's version of Absolutely Fabulous). Prizes have been provided by Sunstyle Tanning, Starbucks, BoHo Restaurant, PowerZone, Skinnywater, Rockstar, HBO, Trader Joe's, Rex-T Clothing, James Franklin Photography, Jess Jordan Massage, and more!

I'd like to take this time to mention the guys that ride with me regularly as a supplement to their training for this intense and rewarding event:

1. Carl Williamson: www.tofighthiv.org/goto/carlwilliamson
2. David Rae: www.tofighthiv.org/goto/davidrae
3. Brian Sharpe: www.tofighthiv.org/goto/brianksharp

And for the following 2 guys, please visit the homepage (www.aidslifecycle.org/), click on participant homepages and enter in their names to get to their donation pages:

1. Alan Valdes
2. Daniel Le Roy

And after class, we will have a 30-minute free instruction class for all CA AIDS LifeCycle riders who want to learn all about riding the 545 miles from San Francisco to Los Angeles. You do not have to be a member of Crunch to attend this free class. Alan Valdes is a Train Ride Leader for the LifeCycle ride and has volunteered to teach this class with me. We will offer after class at 8:00-8:30am and then again at the end of the day from 5:30-6:00pm. Tell everyone you know who is doing the ride about these free instructional classes!

CAMP CRUNCH: Red Line Ride 6-Week Intensive

There are only a few days left to sign up for the first ever CAMP CRUNCH: Red Line Ride 6-Week Intensive which begins next week, April 16th and ends May 23rd!

I am very excited to be teaching this new program. Enrollment is limited to 10-12 people, so it will be a semi-private environment. There will be 2 classes per week with only the enrolled members participating. These semi-private classes will be 8:15-9:00am every Tuesday and Thursday.

There is a cost associated with this program of $299.00. I know that it is tough to undertake additional expenses especially in these difficult economic times, but this program has been in the works for months and, like I mentioned, is the first program of its kind (yes, in the world!) The focus of this program is not necessarily a rapid weight loss plan, but rather it is an educational program that will teach you about heart rate-based training and more. Consider it an investment in your long-term health and well-being! Heart rate-based training is what the professionals use. You will be able to monitor your effort throughout class and your progress over time. Most importantly, you will gain knowledge that will help keep you fit and healthy for years to come!

Included in the price of the camp, is a Suunto heart rate monitor which is compatible with the computer used in Crunch's Red Line Ride classes. We will program each monitor with each participant's individual information. This will allow you to see exactly what you doing and where you are in regards to your own personal fitness goals.

Each participant in Camp Crunch will recieve suggested workouts for the 6-week period as well as private access to blogs, articles and information on the Crunch website. These blogs and articles will deal with a wide range of information including heart-rate-based training, diet, balancing life and exercise, and much more!

If you would like to know more about Camp Crunch, please see me, a front desk representative or one of the managers at Crunch. You can also email campcrunch@crunch.com. We'd love to see you in this, the very first program of its kind! But hurry, only a few days to enroll!

In good health,

tommy

We weren't sure if he was going to be able to make it to class this morning. David is training for the California AIDS LifeCycle ride and went on a training ride last Saturday. However, he had the very unfortunate and isolated incident which involved him crashing face down onto the pavement. He is healing quickly and nicely, therefore, he was able to attend class this morning. Hey everybody!

Rich and I are taking the boys to see snow for the first time this weekend in Mammoth (which also just happens to be Tom Whitman's Elevation Gay Ski Weekend). We'll get to dress them up in their warmest clothes that are too warm for LA and take lots of pictures.

And to the sheer delight of so many of you, Nick Oram will be subbing my Friday and Saturday classes, both at 9:30am.

I know how so many of you love Nick and his style of teaching (and perhaps his overall "presentation"...in other words, he ain't too bad to look at when you are sweatin' your a$$ off!), so I just want to thank Nick for subbing for me! I know you all will have a great class as well as a great time!

Thanks again, Nick!

Have a great weekend, and I'll see you for the Red Line Ride on it's new day, Monday mornings at 9:30am!

In good health,

tommy

I apologize for the language used in some of the songs this morning. My use of these songs in no way condones or encourages the use of such language, and is no reflection of the thoughts, policies or intentions of the gym or instructor. With that being said, didn't they just rock?!?! I read about Lilly Allen's new album on Billboard.com (which I read every week to try to bring you guys new, different and interesting music!). This song ("F**k You Very Much") is such a deceptive tune. It sounds like a light-hearted, happy-go-lucky, Partridge Family kind of upbeat song, but the lyrics are so very different. Fun! Now I have to give credit to Facebook for "I Just Wanna F**king Dance." My friend (and regular Ride attendee), Christoph, posted a video on Facebook (at which I have created a group entitled Ride with Tommy! Check it out!) yesterday which consisted of a montage of many dance clips from many different movies. It was so well done, and it was set to this song. I just loved the transition from the slow, melodic intro to the pulsing, pounding, fast beat of the rest of the song. What a great way to end the class! So thanks to everyone who worked so hard this morning and for being there in the first place!

And thanks to the front row who whooped and hollered and raised the roof on the energy level even more! Everyone rocked this morning! Thanks! Now go out and enjoy the rest of your weekend!

In good health,

tommy

And yet more birthdays of special people! Today is Dylan's birthday! Dylan has been attending Sexy Spin for years (with a little time off to integrate swimming into his workout routine...and yes, he did show off his new "swimmer's build" in class...he helps bring the sexy to Sexy Spin!) So thanks to Dylan and his bff and fellow long-time Sexy Spinner, Abby, I was able to incorporate some of their well-thought-out requests of new (to me) music and some different mixes of several songs I've played before. And thanks to all of Dylan's friends who attended class to help him start off his birthday celebration in a very sexy and healthy way! The energy in class was off the hook! Happy birthday, Dylan!

And I found out at the beginning of class that it is also Jonah's birthday! And it turns out that Jonah and I met probably about 5 years ago through our mutual friend, Lisa Foxx. Small world! Happy birthday, Jonah!

Track List - Tuesday, February 24, 2009

Well, the birthday roll continues. Today is Carl's birthday, and I asked him to provide me with some of his favorite spin songs. Though he sheepishly asked me to play Anastacia as if maybe I wouldn't be too familiar with her music or maybe that I might feel that it is too "5 minutes ago." Little did he know that I LOVE Anastacia! So, I've tried to honor his requests and play some new mixes of current and past hits as well as some of my favorites. It is my pleasure to do it. Just as Carl is a pleasure to have in class. He works so hard and intensely (he may be accurately accused on occasion of "over-training"!), but I want to thank him so much for making The Ride with Tommy part of his workout routine AND to wish him the best birthday ever. Happy birthday, Carl!

Today's track list is made up of requests from Andrew & Jason who take my 9:30am classes and whose birthdays are tomorrow, Friday, February 20th. I decided to try the cd on my Sexy Spin clients first. Now, this was a challenge because Andrew loves hard rock-and-roll, and he has always reminded me of the fact that I rarely play his favorite type of music in class! Jason, on the other hand, tends to like music that is a little more "dancey", "anthem-y", with strong vocals by strong women artists (in other words, music that is typically more appreciated by men who are members of the gay community). So, today's track list may appear a little "split personality", a little bit (not country but) "diva-y" AND a little bit rock-and-roll. I will be repeating it tomorrow in Friday's 9:30am class in celebration of their birthdays. Happy birthday, Andrew & Jason!

I didn't know it until I arrived in class today, but it is also Rose's birthday today! Rose has been so consistent with her early morning indoor cycling over the past several years. She should be an example to many of us! I really appreciate her commitment and her support. Happy birthday, Rose!

And of course, we can't forget that this week also included Colin's birthday this past Tuesday!

I wish all of you the best life has to offer in the year (and years) ahead! Thanks for committing to your workout and for your support of The Ride With Tommy!
