I am so very sorry that class was full and we had to turn some of you away, but know that I am so very grateful for every one of you that woke up early and made it to the gym at such an early hour to help celebrate my birthday and the anniversaries of my teaching, my blog, and Sexy Spin!

*Robert Rave, Author of "Spin" which I keep telling Robert is a book about indoor cycling, but he insists is about the world of publicists, which is sure to be made into a movie very soon and 3 copies of which Robert brought to be part of a prize package given away at the end of class!
