(For those of you who couldn't make the switch to 7am due to work obligations, I do miss you all so much! Remember, I don't mind if you come in for only the first part of class and leave early in order to get to work on time!)

Sexy Spin at new time!

Just wanted to remind you all that Sexy Spin will be moving from 6:30am to 7:00am on Thursday mornings at Crunch. Nothing else has changed, just the time. We will be meeting a half hour later.

If you can no longer ride because you have to get to work by 8am, then I am so sorry for the change. I want to thank you for your support of my class as we have been doing it together at 6:30am on Thursdays for 5 years now!

But know that I have no problem if you have to leave class early to get to work! (just try to sit in the back so as to provide as little disruption to the rest of class as possible)
