In addition to my usual 7:00am Sexy Spin class on Thursday morning, June 11, 2009, I will be subbing John Terlingo's Rides at both 9:30am and again at 6:00pm. So, I will be teaching 3 out of the 4 Rides offered on the Crunch - Sunset schedule tomorrow.
The 6:00pm class will be a special offering of the heart rate based Red Line Ride.
I hope to see you in at least 1 of the Rides tomorrow!

p.s.s. I forgot that there is a 7:00pm class as well, so I will only be teaching 3 out of the 5 classes offered Thursday. My apologies to Edward who teaches the 7:00pm class!
