Well, this morning was a bit unusual with the fire alarm going off at about 6:55am and power not returning to the stereo until about 7:25! Thanks so much to all of you who stayed! You guys are amazing! We warmed up "acapella" for about 15 minutes and then worked very hard for about 20 minutes for those that had to leave by 7:45 to get to work. Then we continued for those that could stay until about 8:00 to get a full (and then some) class completed! Again, thanks so much for putting up with everything!
And I want to give the happiest of birthday shoutouts to Maria whose birthday was this past Sunday! Maria provided me with her favorite spin songs, so this mornings class set to her favorites and some of the most fun music to spin to (even though I had to mix the order all up due to the fire alarm).
Birthday shoutouts also go to Mary and Alyssa!
And a great big THANKS! to Gregory for being such a great sport in class this morning! You rock!
