Thanks to Ryan for subbing Sexy Spin for me this morning. I apologize to everyone for not being able to make it. I was violently hit last night with what appears to have been a 24-hour stomach virus. It was not fun! So thanks to Ryan for not only agreeing to sub for me, but also for answering my late night (11:30pm!) text! I will see everyone tomorrow morning for Friday's Red Line Ride at 9:30 and next Thursday's special Sexy Red Line Ride at 7:00am!

CAMP CRUNCH: Red Line Ride 6-Week Intensive

If you haven't already, there is still time and spaces left for the next and 3rd session of the CAMP CRUNCH: Red Line Ride 6-Week Intensive. The program begins with the first semi-private class on Tuesday morning, October 12th from 8:15-9:00am! The 6-week program concludes on Saturday, November 20th. I'm sorry that I won't be there as I always am when I miss class, but Andrew will provide a different approach to the Ride and specifically the Red Line Ride which he has been teaching since we introduced the program here at Crunch. Come and take a back-to-back Double Red Line Ride class this Saturday of Labor Day Weekend at Crunch on Sunset beginning at 8:30am (I am subbing for John who is out of town) and then continuing through my regular 9:30am class. Wear a special heart rate monitor that displays your heart rate on a screen at the front of the class! I hope to see you there!
