The technical difficulties that have prevented us from offering our new classes such as Threshold Ride, Peak Performance Ride and #totalrequestride, have now been corrected and we are ready to kick off fall with these amazing classes that allow you to see how hard you are working and have fun doing it! In the Threshold Ride, set your threshold at the beginning of class and then spend the rest of class working as a percentage of that threshold that YOU set! In the Peak Performance Ride, focus on resistance work that will push your heartrate through the roof and make you stronger and make you burn more calories! In the #totalreqeustride, tweet your favorite song or video requests to @crunchgym followed by the hashtag, #totalrequestride. The top 3 videos are compiled by Crunch headquarters in New York, then played by instructors all over the country each week. So submit your requests and have even more fun while working out!
