Wow! Once again, I am blown away by the energy, fun, instensity, sweat, hard work, and focus in this morning's Extra Special Sexy LifeCycle Spin @crunchgym - Sunset! What was extra special about it? Well, we were lucky enough to have 7 riders from next week's 2015 California AIDS LifeCycle ride! Our annual extra special class is our way to show support to these amazing individuals that have been training for the past 10 months to a year to prepare for a ride that will most likely change their lives as well as the lives of so many others! That's right! Altogether, there will be almost 3,000 riders taking part in the LifeCycle ride. Last year, they raised over $15 million. This year, they will most likely raise even more! Proceeds benefit the programs of the LA LGBT Center and the San Francisco AIDS Foundation that help research and those living with HIV/AIDS. So not only have these riders been training for so long, they have also been fundraising. Each rider must raise a minimum of $3,000. Most of the riders in class this morning have already far exceeded that minimum. In fact, these riders have raised from between the minimum $3,000 up to $15,000! How awesome is that! On Sunday, May 31st, they will begin their ride in San Francisco where they will ride 545 miles to Los Angeles, anywhere from 45 to 110 miles per day. They will pass through the finish line on Saturday, June 6th, at the Veterans Center just outside of Brentwood. There is still time to make a donation to any of these riders. The links to their donation pages are listed below. Help out if you can. Every little bit helps! And just like in class, every little thing you do can make a big difference! So make a difference! Make a BIG difference! In good health! tommy
