Andrew Schuth has agreed to sub my Red Line Ride class tomorrow, Friday, September 17th. I'm sorry that I won't be there as I always am when I miss class, but Andrew will provide a different approach to the Ride and specifically the Red Line Ride which he has been teaching since we introduced the program here at Crunch. Thanks to everyone who took advantage of the offering of the back-to-back double Red Line Ride this morning! I had so much fun (and worked out soooo hard myself; I certainly hope you all did)! Thanks to John for entrusting me with his class! And thanks to everyone (the soooo many of you) who came to the 9:30 Ride or portion of the double. It was so great to have such a great turnout!

Gunning Ride tonight at Crunch on Sunset at 7:30pm, Monday, August 2nd!
I will be teaching the Gunning Ride class tonight, Monday, August 2nd at 7:30pm. Have you tried it before? If not, I would love to see you there! Using both the KRANKcycles and the Spinning bikes, it is a different type of workout! Intense cardiovascular exercise with a lot of fun music! See you tonight!
