Double Red Line Ride starts at 8:30am on Saturday, September 4, 2010!

Come and take a back-to-back Double Red Line Ride class this Saturday of Labor Day Weekend at Crunch on Sunset beginning at 8:30am (I am subbing for John who is out of town) and then continuing through my regular 9:30am class. Wear a special heart rate monitor that displays your heart rate on a screen at the front of the class! I hope to see you there!
