Andrew Schuth has agreed to sub my Red Line Ride class tomorrow, Friday, September 17th. I'm sorry that I won't be there as I always am when I miss class, but Andrew will provide a different approach to the Ride and specifically the Red Line Ride which he has been teaching since we introduced the program here at Crunch. I hope you make plans to attend and that you have a great time!
