Thanks to Ryan for subbing Sexy Spin for me this morning. I apologize to everyone for not being able to make it. I was violently hit last night with what appears to have been a 24-hour stomach virus. It was not fun! So thanks to Ryan for not only agreeing to sub for me, but also for answering my late night (11:30pm!) text! I will see everyone tomorrow morning for Friday's Red Line Ride at 9:30 and next Thursday's special Sexy Red Line Ride at 7:00am!
