CAMP CRUNCH: Red Line Ride 6-Week Intensive

If you haven't already, there is still time and spaces left for the next and 3rd session of the CAMP CRUNCH: Red Line Ride 6-Week Intensive. The program begins with the first semi-private class on Tuesday morning, October 12th from 8:15-9:00am! The 6-week program concludes on Saturday, November 20th. In order to assure a spot in the program and so that all necessary materials and equipment can be ordered and received in time, please try to register by next Tuesday, September 28th!

CAMP CRUNCH: Red Line Ride 6-Week Intensive includes:

*Suunto Comfort Belt heart rate monitor (programmed with your personal info)
*12 semi-private classes (limited enrollment!), Tuesday/Thursday mornings 8:15-9:00am
*Complete 6-week schedule of semi-private, regularly scheduled and extended Saturday Rides
*priority seating in all Red Line Ride classes (sign up a day early for your favorite bike!)
*emailed results of each Red Line Ride Class
*access to dotFIT, Crunch's own online fitness program
*access to Training Manager Lite, Suunto's free downloadable fitness program
*fitness and bodyfat assessment by a Crunch certified personal trainer
*maximum heart rate test
*education/instruction/information on heart rate based training to take your workouts, your health and well-being, and your longevity of a good life to the next level!
*cost = $299.00 (I know this is difficult in these economic times, but for all that is included, this is a great investment in your fitness!)
