Vacation, Spinning Nation and Tuesday Mornings!

I will be on vacation from Thursday, June 26th through Tuesday, July 1st. I will miss you all terribly, but I have some amazing subs lined up for you:

*On Saturday, June 28th, Crunch will be having a special schedule. There will be only one morning Ride with John Terlingo at 9:30am. From 12:00noon til 4:00pm, Crunch will be hosting Spinning Nation (the largest one-day Spinning event in history!), a four-hour ride that benefits Cancer Schmancer, Athletes for a Cure, and the AIDS Research Alliance. If you can make it on Saturday afternoon, then try to help out these great causes! For more info, please click on the link to the right or on the logo below!

**Upon my return, I will be adding the Tuesday morning 7:00am class to my schedule! Rich's last day to teach this class was this past Tuesday, June 24th. He did a great job for the six months that he taught that class since January, but his work schedule required more and more time from him. And with the twins arriving at the end of July, well, let's just say that the idea of fewer time constraints on him (at least for the next month) appeared very attractive! So, in the interest of "keeping it in the family", I will take over the classes upon my return. We both appreciate Nick Oram for subbing the Tuesday July 1st class while we are on vacation!

I hope you all have a great week. Please stay committed to your workout routines. The instructors that will be subbing my classes are amazing! If you haven't been to one of their classes before, then you must give them a try!

We will be giving away great prizes including a pair of tickets to the opening night of Spring Awakening at the Ahmanson Theatre, a photo shoot with famous photographer James Franklin, and a free ticket to Tom Whitman's Wonderland at the Sunset/Gower Studios!
