Thanks so much to Guy B. for covering my classes while I am out of town this Friday and Saturday, November 6 and 7, 2015.
Saturday's 9:45am class will be a regular Ride, not a Threshold Ride.
I will be back in the saddle on Monday morning at 9:30am for the next Threshold Ride.
