I am so excited about this morning's track list! The Ride with Tommy!'s Sexy Spin @crunchgym - Sunset was full of special music including several that had a very personal connection with me. Todrick Hall @toddyrockstar just released his new single and video, "Low" which is so great and so much fun! Todrick, a Crunch member, is one of the most multi-talented people I know! If you haven't yet, check out his many YouTube videos! Crazy talented! And speaking of crazy talented, it happens to be the amazingly talented @DebbyHoliday Debby Holiday's birthday today! She is one of the most beautiful people inside and out! I have loved and played her music for a long time in my classes, and today I played her most recent single, "Lift". Happy birthday, Debby! Finally, I am a huge fan of Giorgio Moroder's music. Yes, he was a huge hitmaker in the 70s and 80s including songs by Donna Summer (Last Dance, MacArthur Park, No More Tears, I Feel Love), Blondie (Call Me), Irene Cara (What A Feelin'), Limahl (lead singer of Kajagoogoo's solo hit, "The Neverending Story"), and Kenny Loggins (Danger Zone). Well he just released his first album in over 30 years and it is amazing! He has produced songs featuring the vocals of Kylie Minogue (Right Here, Right Now), Sia (the title cut, Deja Vu), Britney Spears (a remake of Suzanne Vega's Tom's Diner) and more! I hope all of you had as much fun riding to this morning's track list as I had putting it together. Thank you as always for your support and for trusting me with the opportunity to help you change your body, improve your physical and mental fitness, and reach your personal fitness goals. It is an honor that I do not take lightly! So feel proud of what you accomplished in class this morning, share the positive energy that you created in class with people that you encounter throughout the day, and make plans to do it all again! In good health, tommy
