Create a positive change! Create the change you want. Create the energy necessary to push yourself closer to realizing your goals. That's what happens when you commit to your workout. When you commit to working together as a group in a group fitness class. Don't go into a group fitness class to do your own thing and not follow the class at all. That is distracting to the others around you. It is distracting to the instructor. It is not the best way to accomplish what you set out to do in a group fitness environment. Do all that you can and want to in any way that you want to when you are in the cardio area and your workout is yours alone. But when you are in a group fitness class, it is better for you and for everyone else in class to commit to the workout provided to you by the instructor. Create that opportunity to make that positive change by being a part of the movement, the journey, the experience, the Ride. Don't defeat yourself. Commit. Focus. Work hard. Do it. Make it happen.
