Group fitness classes produce an energy that helps propel you forward. By committing to the form, pace, resistance and movements in an indoor cycling class, you are helping create that energy. And we all need that energy. The music helps. The instructor helps. But the energy that is created when so many people gather in a room to do the same thing (at whatever level they are...it doesn't matter...but the commitment does matter!), can help move each of us closer to obtaining our goals. Whatever those goals may be. And we all have different goals. They may appear alike in general, but each of us is different. Our bodies are different. What we expect to get out of a Ride is different. So with so many differences, you wouldn't think that so much can be accomplished by working together. Well that is exactly what happens! So I ask each of you to commit at the beginning of class. Commit to making a difference. Commit to making a positive change. How much you commit is up to you. What you accomplish is definitely individual. But together, by creating that positive energy, we can all do so much more! So thanks to everyone for being a part of the Ride with Tommy! this morning!
