This morning's Red Line Ride was somewhat of a special class. It wasn't a birthday spin, but I did ask for a few requests of favorite songs from Lisi, who will be moving to New York and getting married! This is a bittersweet occasion as this was her last Ride with Tommy! at Crunch Fitness - Sunset, However, Lisi will be beginning a new and exciting chapter in her life, and we wish her the absolute best! Thanks to everyone for being there and again demonstrating what we all can do when we focus, commit, push and challenge ourselves while part of a group! That's what group fitness is all about. That is what the Ride with Tommy! is all about!
