Changes in Summer Schedule!

As previously announced this week, Crunch Fitness - Sunset will no longer be offering the Ride with Tommy! on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:30am. However, unlike previously announced, the last Monday/Wednesday 9:30am class was not offered this past Wednesday. The schedule will not change until August 1st. So, there will be 4 more classes:

Monday, July 17, 9:30am - Threshold Ride (substitute instructor: Liz)
Wednesday, July 19, 9:30am - #totalrequestride (instructor: Tommy)
Monday, July 24, 9:30am - Threshold Ride (instructor: Tommy)
Wednesday, July 26, 9:30am - #totalrequestride (instructor: Tommy)

The Tuesday/Thursday 7:00am Ride with Tommy! classes will remain on the schedule as they currently are.

However, we are making some simple yet exciting changes to the format of the Threshold and Peak Performance Rides. Be sure to watch for those as they unfold!

As always, thank you so much for your support of the Ride with Tommy! It is because of you that I have been honored enough to teach for the past 19 years! It is because I love helping people reach their goals. I love helping people have an intense workout. I love helping people learn, practice and memorize perfect form and why it is so important! And I love helping people have fun while working out intensely.
