I have to report to Jury Duty tomorrow morning, Friday, September 28, 2012, so the always amazing Guy B. will be subbing my 9:30am class. It will be a regular Ride, not a Red Line Ride.

I will be back teaching class on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at 9:30am and again on Monday, October 1, 2012 at 9:30am for the next Red Line Ride!

Yes, you read that correctly! The Ride with Tommy! will be going LIVE next Wednesday at 9:30am at Crunch Fitness - Sunset. The cast of the musical, "The Last Five Years" will be performing for our riding pleasure, challenging us with their heart, their vocal muscle, their energy and passion. I can't wait! There will be special gym hours on Monday, Labor Day. CRUNCH will be open from 7:00am until 7:00pm. There will be no 7:00am class on Labor Day, so Gayle Bassett will be teaching the first class of the day (my 9:30am class which will NOT be a Red Line Ride class while I am away).
