That's right, 24 years ago, on August 2, 1998, I taught my first spin class. Janet Jackson, Deborah Cox, Mary J. Blige, Nsync, The Verve, Depeche Mode, Prince. These artists were featured on my first track list as an instructor. I will be playing some of them again this week as I celebrate my 24 years of teaching spin. Come Ride with me!
