New bikes! The first 2 and a half rows in the spin room at Crunch Fitness - Sunset are filled with new bikes! They just arrived this Wednesday. The rest of the new bikes should arrive in the next few days. Then we will have all new bikes that look great, ride great and give you all a great Ride! These bikes can also do more. There are monitors that will be able to provide us additional information during our Rides, but we instructors have not yet been trained on them. We will be soon and then we can get even more out of our Rides! I look forward to riding, learning and gaining more from our Rides with you! Exciting!
