As most of you heard as I announced at the end of my classes last week, I will be in Chicago visiting family for the week of Thanksgiving. But don't worry, as always, I have provided you with amazing instructors to help you stay committed to your Rides, your workouts and all the benefits that you need...especially at this time of year!
Monday, 11/24/14, 9:30am - Matt Ryan Conrad Krupka (this will be a regular Ride, not a Red Line Ride!)
Tuesday, 11/25/14, 7:00am - Kirk Allen
Wednesday, 11/26/14, 9:30am - Guy B.
Thursday, 11/27/14, 7:00am - Thanksgiving - NO CLASS!
Friday, 11/28/14, 9:30am - Kyler Madeira (this will be a regular Ride, not a Red Line Ride)
Saturday, 11/29/14, 9:45am - Matt Ryan Conrad Krupka (he also teaches the 11:00am class so do a double!)
I will be back in the saddle on Monday, 12/1/14 at 9:30am for another Red Line Ride!
Until then, have a great Thanksgiving! We have so much for which to be thankful! Enjoy yourselves! Have fun! Be safe! Stay healthy! Don't beat yourself up too much if you eat too much or don't work out as much as you could or should!
