I apologize for not making it to teach my regular Ride class this morning. I was hoping to until the last minute because the fires were getting too close and my kids were home from school. I just couldn't justify leaving them at home alone with the fire threat so real and near. Thank you to Demetrius for stepping in at the very last minute! I hope everyone remains safe from the spread of these horrific fires. And my heart goes out to everyone that has lost anything or anyone to them. Praying for the firemen and first responders that are working so tirelessly and selflessly to protect everyone. I hope to see everyone back next week! #LAStrong
