Get ready to climb! This dedicated strength-based ride incorporates steep climbs and rolling hills designed to challenge your body and push you to perform. Find the peak of fitness as you push your way through this intense ride - the climbs get steeper as the peaks get higher! But don't worry, there will be runs and jogs and jumps and presses, too! And we'll be using the consoles built into the bikes and incorporating visual graphics on the bigscreen TV at the front of the class! This is going to be fun! Oh and as we do every October, we will "Think Pink. Wear Pink. And Play Pink" to help raise awareness for Breast Cancer! I hope to see you there!
