So today we celebrated Crunch's 35th birthday! Yay! Like I always say, there's always something to celebrate. Well, today we are celebrating that Crunch has been around for 35 years! Not here in West Hollywood, but since it's origins in New York. We just celebrated Crunch - West Hollywood's 25th birthday 2 years ago. And I am currently celebrating my 25th year as a spinning instructor - all 25 years here at Crunch! And in an aside, I am also celebrating the year that I moved out here to Los Angeles 35 years ago! So I thought it would be fun to play some of the top songs from 35 years ago. 1989! So today in class we partied like it was 1989! Which wasn't hard to do as there were so many great songs from that year! I hope you all enjoyed today's Ride and all the positive changes we have made at Crunch and specifically in the Ride with Tommy!
