So this morning's Extra Special Sexy Spin was once again to honor, support, encourage, promote and thank our friends and fellow Crunch members who are leaving next week for the annual California AIDS Lifecycle ride...a 545-mile bicycle ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles. The riders ride about 80 miles per day for 7 days. They have to take off of work for these 7 days. They have been training for this ride for at least the past 6 months. And they have been fundraising for at least the past 6 months and most quite possibly for the past year! This is no easy task! It takes amazing commitment, determination, desire and sacrifice. That is why it is my pleasure and definitely the least I can do to provide an Extra Special Sexy Spin each year to show our love and gratitude to these amazing riders.
