I will be at a yearly parent/teacher conference tomorrow morning, so Beth Phillips has agreed to sub my class for me. Class will be a regular Ride, not an iRide.
It was a pleasure subbing for Guy B. yesterday morning, Tuesday, at 9:30am!
And in addition to teaching Sexy Spin at 7:00am on Thursday morning, March 8th, I will also be subbing the 9:30am Ride for Ryan!
I hope to see you in class soon!
