This morning's Extra Special Sexy Spin is that thing I do 3 or 4 times a year to just kind of mix things up, make things a little more fun and exciting. I usually try to spotlight a new television show or play or movie that stars a friend or Spinning client. Or a new song or album also by a friend or Ride with Tommy! regular. I try to have special guests. I try to put together an extra special track list. I give away prizes. All of this is just to break the routine and reward everyone for staying so committed to their workout routines and especially, the Ride with Tommy! And while having all this fun while sweating so intensely, I like to help raise awareness for a charity or two.
