Hey y'all! It's that time of year again. Next Saturday, August 18, 2007, the Aids Research Alliance and Crunch will be sponsoring Revolutions 3: Spinning for Research from 9am-12noon. It is a 2-hour ride with a mix of your favorite instructors from Crunch. Prizes will be given away. It will be a lot of fun! So if you haven't already, please visit the website to register as a rider. We encourage everyone to set a $250 minimum as their goal to reserve a bike (that's only 25 friends donating $10...or 10 friends donating $25...you get the picture). If you are unable to ride that morning, you can still donate. I have created a rider fundraising page to make it easy for any of you to contribute.
