Launching new iRide at Crunch next Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at 9:30am!

Come check out the latest new class offering from Crunch...the new iRide! In addition to the instructor guiding you on your journey, check out instructions/suggestions on a screen at the front of the class. You can also keep track of the entire class time, the length of the individual song, and even the countdown of specific intervals. Just another example of Crunch offering the latest classes to provide members with fun and exciting ways to stay committed to their workouts! Crunch...where entertainment meets fitness! No judgements!

And so sorry that due to technical difficulty, we were once again unable to launch the iRide this morning, Jan. 25th. However, it appears that the kink has been worked out and that we will be launching next week, Wednesday, Feb. 1st for sure! I promise! Guaranteed! (As much as I can promise or guarantee...)

Sexy Spin and Extra Special Sexy Holiday Spin

If you haven't been to Sexy Spin before, why not make plans to attend tomorrow morning at 7:00am at Crunch on Sunset? Same intense Ride. Just sweatier. Sexier. Sometimes sillier! Often shirtless!

And definitely make plans to attend next Thursday's Extra Special Sexy Holiday Spin. That's December 15th at 7:00am at Crunch on Sunset. I have these "Extra Special Sexy" spins about 3 or 4 times a year. Think of them as rewards to all of you who stay so committed to your workouts throughout the year and especially to the Ride with Tommy! Or as a way to break the routine of your usual workout. Special guests! Special music! Special prizes! No one walks away empty-handed! And we also help raise awareness about an extra special cause or event. Next week we will be encouraging everyone to donate the SHIRT OFF YOUR BACK! That's right. It will be the third year that we actually collect clothes (including the one that you wore into class!) and donate them to charity. And in the spirit of the shirtless season (which is really year round for Sexy Spin!), a Hunky Santa will be the one collecting the donated clothes and putting them in his big red bag! This year, I will be taking the collected clothes to the LA Gay & Lesbian Center's homeless LGBT youth services.
