I had one request for this morning's Sexy Spin. One request, but it helped shape the entire class. Sometimes, the smallest thing can make the biggest difference. In class, I talk a lot about control. This is in addition to all that I say about commitment, form, pace, resistance, movement, change, goals and results. As I mention, when you are in control, the smallest change you make can make a big difference! That's why I so strongly encourage you to commit to proper form while challenging yourself as much as possible by committing to resistance and the pace as dictated by the beat and the rhythm of the chosen music. Commit. Make that change. Challenge yourself. See the results. Get closer to realizing your goals. We reached back for some powerful and "old school" music to push us that much harder this morning. To motivate us to reach for more and higher goals. To reach a faster pace. To reach more challenging levels of resistance. And to have more fun while doing it! I think we accomplished those goals this morning. So, again, thank you! In good health, tommy
