She was a big influence in the development of my musical tastes as I grew up loving her music as she began as a country artist, then as her introduction as a musical actress in the roles of Sandy in "Grease" and Kira in "Xanadu", and then on to her meteoric rise as a pop icon with the hit, "Physical".
