This morning's class was incredible! It was so great to be "back in the saddle" at Crunch - Sunset again! Almost half the class said that this was their first spin class since the quarantine began! Others said they were keeping up and riding both indoor and outdoor. That is awesome! Well, thanks to those that attended class this morning. I will be subbing the Ride at Crunch - Sunset tomorrow morning, Thursday, April 8th at 9:00am. I hope to see you there!
