Just a quick announcement that I will be subbing the 12:00noon class today, January 3, 2013 at Crunch on Sunset for the amazing (and under the weather) Amy Rollman.

- I am a certified indoor cycling instructor and have been teaching for 25 years. I have been certified through the original Johnny G's Mad Dogg Spinning and the Schwinn RiPP program. I currently teach exclusively at Crunch on the famous Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles, CA. I teach classes that are intense, focused on form and set to a variety of the most popular, motivating and fun music. I hope to see you in class soon!
