In addition to teaching my usual 9:30am class tomorrow, Wednesday, October 10, 2012, I will be subbing Ryan's 12:00 noon class. I hope to see you in one, the other or BOTH!

- I am a certified indoor cycling instructor and have been teaching for 25 years. I have been certified through the original Johnny G's Mad Dogg Spinning and the Schwinn RiPP program. I currently teach exclusively at Crunch on the famous Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles, CA. I teach classes that are intense, focused on form and set to a variety of the most popular, motivating and fun music. I hope to see you in class soon!
