And definitely make plans to attend next Thursday's Extra Special Sexy Holiday Spin. That's December 15th at 7:00am at Crunch on Sunset. I have these "Extra Special Sexy" spins about 3 or 4 times a year. Think of them as rewards to all of you who stay so committed to your workouts throughout the year and especially to the Ride with Tommy! Or as a way to break the routine of your usual workout. Special guests! Special music! Special prizes! No one walks away empty-handed! And we also help raise awareness about an extra special cause or event. Next week we will be encouraging everyone to donate the SHIRT OFF YOUR BACK! That's right. It will be the third year that we actually collect clothes (including the one that you wore into class!) and donate them to charity. And in the spirit of the shirtless season (which is really year round for Sexy Spin!), a Hunky Santa will be the one collecting the donated clothes and putting them in his big red bag! This year, I will be taking the collected clothes to the LA Gay & Lesbian Center's homeless LGBT youth services.
