I am posting a (somewhat) new track list this morning as it has a couple of special tracks included.

First, I want to mention the track titled, "One Life One Chance" by the band H20. Rusty who frequents the Ride with Tommy! along with his wife, Debby, plays for H20. They will be performing at the Roxy this Sunday night. The show starts at 7:00pm but they probably won't be going on until around 9:00pm. Travis Barker of Blink 182 will be playing with them. And the show benefits the project called "One Life One Choice" created by Toby Morse, lead singer of H20. For more information, visit the website by clicking here! Also, this morning's first cool down is sung by AJ Sarcione, "Breaking Point". I love it! AJ is a frequent rider in the Ride with Tommy! classes, too. He will be performing at Dennis Hensley's (another Ride with Tommy! regular!) "Village Variety Pack" at the LA Gay & Lesbian Center's Renberg Theatre on Monday night, February 6th at 8pm. Also in the same show, Nadeya Ward, yet another Ride with Tommy! frequenter, will be performing as well. I have played several of Nadeya's songs in class, one as recently as last week!
