Monday, March 15, 2010 to Celebrate the 21st Anniversaries of Crunch AND Spinning, and to launch the new class, Gunning Ride!

As I posted earlier, we are having an exciting day on Monday. Celebrating, introducing, promoting, reporting, learning, excercising, returning, sweating, and having fun! I've included the earlier post below with all the information. But we need your help! There will be news cameras and crew at Crunch on Monday morning for two reports at a time when there is no class: 8:30 and 9:10. Do you want to help out? Do you want to be on the local news? Do you just want to be on TV? Do you want video footage to add to your reel? Well, now is your chance! If you can and want to help out on Monday, March 15th at 8:30 and 9:10, we will make it worth your while (gifts, prizes, etc.)! Email me at tommywoelfel@hotmail.com to let me know and to reserve a space! And the 7:00am class will also be a special Ride and Gunning Ride class combination. It's going to be fun! Thanks!

If you cannot read the information in the image above, here is a summary:

On Monday, March 15, 2010, Crunch on Sunset will be celebrating the 21st Anniversaries of Crunch AND Spinning! Yes, they are both 21! To celebrate, Crunch will, in addition to (and NOT instead of!) the regular class schedule, host Johnny G (the creator of Spinning, the Spinning cycle, and the new Krankcycle to be used in the newest class at Crunch on Sunset, the Gunning Ride!) as he teaches (for the 1st time in 10 years!) 3 classes: 10:30am, 1:00pm and 7:30pm. Johnny G will not only be launching his new creation, the Krankcycle, but also a new organization, Project Visability! Project Visablity promotes, supports and encourages inclusive fitness for everyone, especially disabled athletes.
