Dirty Double Back-to-Back Red Line Ride & Crunch-a-thon Tomorrow, Saturday, October 17, 2009

Wow! A lot is going on tomorrow morning! Here is a rundown (be sure to spread the word!)

DIRTY DOUBLE BACK-TO-BACK RED LINE RIDE
John Terlingo and I will once again be conducting a Dirty Double Back-to-Back Red Line Ride tomorrow morning. It will begin with his regularly scheduled class at 8:30am and continue through my regularly scheduled class at 9:30am until it's completion at about 10:15am. We will slow down during the transition from the 8:30 class to my 9:30 class, but we won't stop! So you can get about a 100-minute ride!

If you are taking both classes, be sure to sign up for the same bike for both classes. Both sign up sheets will be at the sign-up desk before the 8:30 class begins. If you are only taking the first class, be sure to exit as smoothly and quickly as possible so as to distract the others doing a double as little as possible and to provide someone who may only be taking the second class their bike as soon as possible! This is going to be fun!

CRUNCH-A-THON
Also tomorrow, Crunch will be hosting it's first Crunch-a-thon! It will not only be the Crunch here on Sunset taking part, but it will be all the Crunch's nationwide! And this is not the first year of this fundraiser, but only the first year that Crunch will be taking part! And we want to show all the other clubs just how Crunch does things...intense workouts while having a lot of fun with NO JUDGEMENTS! So help Crunch make a grand entrance into this fundraising effort called Augie's Quest, which supports the Muscular Dystrophy Association's fight agains ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease). ALS is a progressive and devastating disease that destroys the nerve cells controlling muscles ultimately causing complete paralysis. Let's count our blessings when realizing how lucky we are and help those that suffer from this disease. To register now online and for more information about Augie's Quest, visit their website at:

http://www.augiesquest.org/

Crunch will be having a special schedule for tomorrow with a class every hour all day long! A $20 donation is required for an All Access Pass to take one or as many classes as you would like all day long! This is available to members and non-members alike! You not only receive access to all the best cutting-edge classes that you have come to expect from Crunch, but you will also receive an "All Crunch" membership status for the day, light refreshments and snacks, and a free Crunch-a-thon t-shirt (limited to the first 500 registrants)! 100% of the proceeds of the Crunch-a-thon will go directly to Augie's Quest!

Register now online and print out your confirmation email to bring with you tomorrow morning to get your pass. Take part in the first-ever Crunch-a-thon and do every body good! Get your sweat on for a good cause!
