This is the track list for the second half of this morning's back-to-back "Dirty Double" ride. Thanks so much to all of you who came out for an intense, different, high-energy, fun, educational ride. And I just chose all those adjectives carefully. I think that for many of you, this was the first time to take two classes back-to-back. I think everyone there this morning benefitted from a very intense double class. I also want to thank John Terlingo for providing such an amazing first half with his class! I also think this morning's class was different for many of you. Many of you haven't been able to take a Red Line Ride yet. Well, hopefully, this morning's introduction was enough to get you hooked and was educational enough so that you actually learned a little bit about how you train your body and how your body reacts to the type of training you do. And I couldn't help but realize how much fun and how "high" the energy was in class this morning. Everyone was so excited and committed to having this opportunity to work out this way. Well, I think it is safe to say that we will be doing it again next week! I hope to see you there!

And a special "shout out" goes those in the front row this morning. They are the elite group who have enrolled in the first-ever Camp Crunch: Red Line Ride 6-Week Intensive. We only have 1 week left in this program, and they are the reason we were doing a 90-minute Ride in the first place. I'm so glad they committed to this program. I'm so glad they were all there in the front row this morning working so hard. And I'm so glad that everyone else was there to take advantage of this amazing experience this morning.

Thanks to all of you!

In good health,

tommy
