Sorry for the late notice, but I just found out yesterday that I have a friend's memorial service in San Diego. I was hoping to be able to leave after class, but I wouldn't make it in time. Thanks to Guy B. for subbing for me and for taking the time to learn the newest class here at Crunch! I hope everyone has a great class, and I'll see you on Monday at 9:30am for the next Threshold Ride!
