I will be out of town this Saturday through Tuesday, November 1st through the 4th. I have the following amazing instructors covering my classes for me:
Saturday, 11/1, 9:45am – Guy B.
Monday, 11/3, 9:30am – Guy B. (regular Ride, not a Red Line Ride)
Tuesday, 11/4, 7:00am – Kirk Allen
There will be no classes on Wednesday, 11/5 as we are receiving and installing all new spin bikes at the Sunset location!
I will be back teaching on Thursday, 11/6 for the 7:00am Sexy Spin.
