Vacation

Well, I am finally on my way to a 3-week vacation. Kinda stranded in Chicago O'Hare due to tornadoes and thunderstorms. No big worry. We have a 9-hour layover in Dublin on our way to Barcelona. Once there, we have 24 hours before we board the Brilliance of the Seas cruise ship. I can't wait!

I want to thank everyone so much!!!

*for all of you who showed up for Sexy Spin this morning to send me off in an amazing fashion! There were so many of you, and you all worked so hard! Thanks again for that! As I always say, without you guys being there and without you guys working so hard and without you guys having so much fun, it would be so boring to me and I wouldn't have near as much fun doing what I do - even after 9 years of teaching!!!!

*for all of you who took part in and contributed to the AIDS Research Alliance's Revolutions 3: Spinning for Research last Saturday. We raised over $33,000! Contributions will still be accepted for another month, so if you didn't get to contribute before or during the event, you still have time. Just click on the link on the August 16th post below!

*and thanks to all of you for supporting the amazing instructors who will be subbing my classes while I'm on vacation: Guy, Dollar and Colin are all amazing instructors. They are much like me in that they love music, they are fun, they are passionate about instructing, they are knowledgeable, they are good at what they do, and - more so than I - they are hot! So I know I am leaving you guys in great hands!
